Spent the day at a family barbeque~

It was fun, but the heat, food, and alcohol wore me the hell out, so I ended up taking a nap in my mom’s car (which someone crashed into when my stepdad was driving it earlier today, if you didn’t see the picture of that XD).

Anyway, I find that EVERY time I’m with my family for the first time since coming back from school for an extended time, their first question always is, “So, do you have a boyfriend yet?/How’s your boyfriend?” Thank you, loving family, for reminding me of how desperately and hopelessly single I am every time I come home! -_-

*sigh* It’s one of the reasons I really want to have a boyfriend already, just so I can bring him to family parties and show him off. I mean, yeah, it’s a very vain reason for wanting to date someone, but I’ve never experienced it. I just want to be happy with someone, and have my family actually see that too.

Ugh, I’m really fucking aggravated right now… I’m a bit of a cyberstalker, as my friends can attest to. I randomly ended up on one of my boyfriend’s old douchebag roommate’s Facebook page after hopping from mutual friends’ pages. His wall just happens to now be public, after being privated in the past. I’m reading through his posts, and I see that apparently my boyfriend’s name is now being used in lieu of saying that something is gay. The gay jokes are enough to piss me off, but to see shit like that? I’m pissed off. He’s done nothing but be a complete asshole to my boyfriend when they dormed together, and he and his friends have even said shit to me to my face. I fucking hate them, and I reeeally just want to send him a private message bitching him out. Guys like this are why I hate the vast majority of straight men.
